Customers and sellers can request deletion of their Tailor7 account and related personal data here.

Who Can Request

Registered customer app users and Tailor7 seller accounts.

Review Time

Requests are normally reviewed within 7 working days after verification.

Data Handling

Account profile data is deleted or anonymized where legally possible.

What Will Be Deleted

Customer or seller profile details
Saved addresses and contact details where applicable
Wishlist, preferences, and account access data where applicable
Seller storefront access data after pending duties are closed

Data We May Retain

Some order, invoice, payment, payout, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business obligations.
